Christine invited me to the Woolverton Inn, where she and her sisters were getting ready and that’s where my time with them began. We perused the grounds for a little bit and found some beautiful spots for photo ops (let’s face it, everywhere we turned was a photo op!), then she finished getting herself all kinds of glamorous inside the inn and I nabbed some gorgeous details. When her car arrived, my jaw dropped. Helllllllo 1933 Rolls Royce! Pearl white with white leather and mahogany interior, restored to perfection. I’m not even a huge car buff, but WOW. We grabbed some more shots, and she drove off in that magical dream car headed for the ceremony.
Ah yes, the ceremony. Christine and Mike chose Our Lady of Czestochowa for their place of marriage. What an incredible and humbling sanctuary! It was a seriously stunning ceremony in an awe-inspiring space. They chose this particular church for very specific reasons, and in knowing Christine’s attention to detail and love of all things grand; they could not have picked a more perfect place for their biggest moment together. It was absolutely beautiful.
Next up, we all headed over to the reception at the Rose Bank Winery with all of their closest family and friends for a truly spectacular evening! The band was rocking, the champagne was flowing, and the grins on everyone’s faces never dulled for a moment. When I walked in, the crowd was outside for cocktail hour and I got a few minutes to really take in the space all decked out in all it’s classy, glamorous glory. Christine had thought of EVERYTHING. The centerpieces and table settings, the stunning cake, the personal and so very tasteful touches to the head table… it was all just so perfect, and so *them*. Christine and Mike danced the night away, with smiles from ear to ear, and the love between them was positively radiant. You know how they say you can tell when a couple was simply meant to be? These two are each other’s forever, and what an honor to be the one to capture this day with them.
