I’m not even sure where to begin with these two. Jenny and Dan were planning a big June celebration this year, and we all know how things have gone with that. So, after some rearranging and paring things down, they found a perfect September afternoon to have just their closest family and a few friends along as they made their promises and became husband and wife.

Jenny is a nurse, and works crazy hours doing what she does best; caring for everyone in need. Dan is in the military and he’s a dad to an awesome little dude (who was an absolute hoot and a total blast to hang out with!). Their time together is precious, and getting married wasn’t something they were willing to keep putting off. I can’t blame them, I keep telling everyone to just get married!

Now, let’s talk about this incredible day. Because let me tell you… WOWZA! Jenny is a knockout. I mean, a drop-dead gorgeous creature. Every little bit of her sweet nature shines through and turns every room she walks through into a beaming ray of sunshine! Add in some killer hair & makeup, and just… wow. She was an absolute goddess, and all smiles. Dan has that “tall dark and handsome” kinda look to him, and with his big, infectious smile, these two were a pair to see! Jenny’s gown fit like a glove in all the right places, and check out Dan’s custom jacket lining. E A G L E S !!! For the finishing touches, Jenny wore her cousin’s stunning veil, her mother’s precious earrings and necklace, and the gorgeous bracelet was a gift from Dan. So. Much. Love.

When Jenny and her girls were all done with getting themselves ready for the day, I brought her out to meet Dan for a little one-on-one time before the ceremony. Talk about a dreamy first look! Then we met back up for their sweet marriage ceremony in the sunshine, surrounded by cherished photos of family and so many wonderful memories, while just their closest family and friends watched. The estate house was the most perfect backdrop for their forever promises, and we had a blast finding all the great spots afterwards for some amazing portraits.
